A Chic Voyage of the Eddie Bauer Flannel

It’s March 3rd and it is still FREEEZZING in Boston. I so want to break out my open toe shoes and razor back tanks but it doesn’t look like that is happening for quite some time (#sadface). My medicine for these winter blues is this bright, beautiful and super soft flannel from Eddie Bauer that I found at Marshalls! You can fancy this top up in so many different ways all while staying warm. Here are 2 of my favorites… The Sassy Flannel: I wanted to feel sexy yet comfortable so I added a skinny pant with some cool zipper details, also found at Marshalls. Tip: Tucking in the top only at your front waist will make you look more slim. Bringing in the pink down to my feet, I wore these adorable heels from Forever21. Now the icing on the cake is this chunky gold necklace and Tahari shades, both from TJ Maxx. The cardigan is a 3/4 length sleeve so the flannel cuffs are easy to roll up, giving you that peek-a-boo of plaid. The denim is Seven Jeans, an old purchase from Marshalls (I don’t know about you but when I find a great fitting pair of jeans, I tend to wear them a little more often that I should!). The ring is a treasure from a Caribbean island and the necklace is custom made from MyNameNecklace.com. To top it all off, I added these super comfortable, light weight sneaks from New Balance that I purchased at their factory store in Brighton for $20. The deals are INSANE! IMG_0878 IMG_0856IMG_0881 I actually wear all of these items often, just in different ways. Check out my Instagram page to see other ways to wear these fab pieces. Until this cold winter breaks, keep the prints bright and the styling fun!
